A meeting place for festival guests. During breaks between screenings, we invite you to enjoy talks, coffee and snacks.

Hotel check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.

The organizers do not cover additional costs such as parking, minibar, pay TV, phone calls, or food and beverage services (except breakfast).

There is no need to reserve parking in advance.

V. ACCESS TO FILM SCREENINGS

To attend selected festival screenings, you must collect free tickets exclusively at the Info Point of the cinema where the screening takes place. Accreditation must be presented.

Tickets are issued starting one day before the screening, subject to seat availability.

If tickets are no longer available, we kindly ask you to wait outside the screening room. You may still be able to enter if there are free seats remaining just before the screening begins.

Participation in VR Cinema does not require picking up a ticket in advance from info point from Kino Pałacowe. Presenting your accreditation grants free entry, subject to availability, directly before the experience. VR Cinema sessions take place in Laboratory 1 at CK Zamek.

Participation in the QUEER SHORTS: Hot Summers screening on November 24 at 6:30 PM at Lokum Stonewall does not require picking up a ticket in advance. Presenting your accreditation grants free entry, subject to availability, directly before the screening.

VI. INSPIRATION DAY – November 27

Ale Kino! 2025 program includes a unique event – Inspiration Day, which will take place on November 27 from 9:30 AM at Helios Cinema (Posnania).
A one-day industry conference dedicated to reflecting on contemporary cinema for young audiences. It is a space for filmmakers, producers, distributors, educators, cultural animators, and students of artistic and pedagogical fields to meet and exchange ideas.

The program includes, among others: exercises in seeing, communication strategy case studies (“Flow”, “100 dni do matury”), presentations of good practices when working with children on set, inspirations from theatre and visual arts, and an analysis of the role of digital media and AI in filmmaking.
