Why don’t we go back in time and see the world of film in black and white? Why is everything around so bright and colourful, and yet there, on the screen, things look completely different? Maybe we should spice it all up with even more diversity? Well, we certainly could, because everything is possible. Still, even without the additional twist, the reality of Jadwiga Kędzierzawska’s short films is already bursting with colourful adventures.
During the screening, the youngest audience accompanied by adults will have the opportunity to immerse in the world of cute, adorable mischiefs. However, these japes are more than just simple fun – they give film characters the opportunity to inspire their curiosity of the world around (‘Sombrero’), to ask important questions (‘Impish Kitten’) and have their first little worries (‘Black Doll’). Luckily, all of the adventures always come to a happy ending.
A dancer and performer, Dana Chmielewska, will accompany the audience, adding even more magic to the already colourful event with her dance. The magical experience will be set in a specially arranged cinema hall with setting designed by Maciej Bohdanowicz.
