Ten-year-old Omul, together with his parents, brother Mikro, and younger sister Kimi, lives in the seaside town of Krimo. One day, Omul and Kimi are playing on the beach. Suddenly, the weather changes drastically, and a huge wave hits the island, sweeping the children into the dark abyss. Underwater, Omul sees the mysterious creature Sadumea — about which many legends circulate — sucking the soul from little Kimi. The siblings are rescued at the last moment by a whale. Omul wakes up in the hospital and learns that Kimi is in a coma. Mikro, together with Omul and the friendly dog Tela, decides to embark on a dangerous journey to save the soul of their beloved sister.
