Youth Programme Board

The Youth Programme Board is the advisory voice of the Ale Kino! team.

It’s made up of 16–18-year-olds who are passionate about cinema. In July, the Board will watch both feature and short films alongside the Ale Kino! programming team and prepare a list of recommended titles they believe should be included in the festival program.

In the fall, members will also take on tasks related to promoting and communicating information about the selected films. This will be an opportunity to:

• Create promotional materials

• Write recommendations for selected films

• Record video content promoting selected films and showcasing the Board’s work

• Introduce film screenings during the Festival

• Host Q&A sessions with filmmakers during the Festival

The Youth Programme Board offers young film enthusiasts a chance to actively co-create the festival.
